About Illuminated Logos
Your logo is often the most recognizable part of your brand, and it deserves to be lit as well as your name. We fabricate logo shapes as shaped channel elements or as cabinets (lightboxes) with printed or vinyl-applied faces, so detailed or multi-color marks can be reproduced accurately.

How it's built
Shaped channel logos
Your logo outline is fabricated with aluminum returns and an acrylic face, lit the same way as channel letters.
Logo cabinets
Complex or highly detailed marks can be produced as a shaped cabinet with a printed or vinyl face for accurate detail.
Multi-color faces
Translucent 3M vinyl or digital printing on the face reproduces multi-color artwork.
Matched to your letters
Return depth, finish, LED color and mounting are matched to your letters so the logo and name read as one sign.

How it looks
By day, the logo reads as a dimensional, full-color shape on your façade. At night it glows with the same brightness and color as your letters, so customers can recognize your brand mark from a distance even before they can read the name.

What to plan for
- Very fine details or thin lines may need to be simplified or produced as a printed cabinet face so they light evenly. We'll flag this on your proof.
- Logo and letter signs usually require a sign permit, and landlords may limit the total sign area. Check your lease or sign criteria.
- Plan for power at the sign location and a licensed electrician for the connection.
- Rule of thumb: size the logo so its key details are at least as large as your letter height at the intended viewing distance, about 1 inch per 10 feet.

Do you need vector artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are ideal. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it anyway; our design team can usually recreate it for the proof.
