Free design proof & written quote
A to-scale proof with every specification, plus a written quote that includes shipping and any import costs.
Timing: 1–3 business days for the first design proof

Approval 1: design & specifications
You get a private approval link. Check spelling, colors, sizes, lighting, mounting and the quote, then approve with your name, or ask for changes. Production only starts after this approval.
Then: 50% deposit at design approval; balance due after you approve the completion video and before shipping

Production
Our manufacturing partner builds your sign to the approved specification.
Timing: 10–15 business days after design approval and deposit

Approval 2: completion video
You watch a video of your finished sign, lit, before it leaves the workshop. Approve it, or tell us what needs fixing.
Video: within 1–2 business days of completion

Shipping
Shipping is quoted separately on every order based on crate size, weight, and destination, and is shown on your quotation before you approve.
Because signs are manufactured outside the U.S., orders are subject to import duties, tariffs and customs fees. We pay these and include them as a separate shipping & import line on your quotation, so there are no customs charges at delivery.
Transit: 5–10 business days after video approval
Carriers: International express courier or freight, depending on size

Installation by your licensed electrician
Customers are responsible for installation, permits, landlord approvals, and electrical connection by a licensed electrician. We supply mounting templates, hardware where applicable, and installation guides, and we can help you find a local installer.
Questions about the process
All FAQsWhat are the two approvals?
First, you approve a numbered design and specification version showing size, colors, materials, illumination and mounting; production starts only after that approval. Second, when your sign is finished, we send a video of it lit up, and it ships only after you approve the video.
How many design revisions are included?
Your quote includes 2 rounds of design revisions. Additional revisions or major design changes may affect timing or price, and we'll tell you before making them.
What if I don't have vector artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are best, but you can send a JPG, PNG or even a photo of your existing sign. Our design team can usually recreate the artwork for your proof.
Can I see how the sign will look at night?
Your design proof shows how the sign is lit, and you'll see the actual finished sign switched on in the completion video before it ships, which is sent within 1–2 business days of completion.
Can I make changes after I approve the design?
Contact us right away. Once production begins, changes may not be possible or may add cost and time, because the sign is being built to the approved specification.
